Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at Universiti Malaya. I earned my Master of Computer Science (Research) in Information Security from Universiti Malaya in 2018, and I completed my PhD in Computer Security and Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College London in 2023.
My research interests lie in analyzing the representation knowledge of source code and exploring how it can enhance vulnerability detection models to better identify and localize security vulnerabilities in source code. My work has been published and presented at conferences and in leading journals.
I am also a core member of the Centre of Research for Cyber Security and Network (CSNET) at Universiti Malaya. Additionally, I am a registered professional member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and a member of the ACM Special Interest Group on Security, Audit and Control (SIGSAC).
